Se hace estudio ultraestructural del bacilo deHansen a 20.000 x en pellet y en vacuola delnódulo hanseniano activo.Se observa su pared celular, membrana plasmáticamesosoma y nucleoide. En su citoestructurano se diferencia de otras bacterias ya seanéstas Gram positivas o Gram negativas. Sólo lasdiferencia su ácido resistencia la cual le da suscaracterísticas tintoriales especiales

ABSTRACT

A structural study of Mycobacterium Ieprae is made
at a magnification of 20.000 x. We make the observation
of the cell wall, the plasmatic membrane, the mesosome
and the nuclear body, similar to other bacteria.
Only the tintorial characteristic due to alcohol acid
resistance defines the difference with Gram positive
or Gram negative bacteria
