LEPRA VISCERAL PRESENTACION DE DOS CASOS Y REVISION DE LA LITERATURA

Resumen

Se presentan 2 casos de lepra visceral del Serviciode Leprología del Instituto de Biomedicina.A estos casos se le practicó amplio estudio paraconfirmación del diagnóstico de lepra visceralque incluyó linfas, biopsia de piel, nervios yórganos internos afectados (médula ósea, hígado,bazo) y ecosonograma abdominal. Se realizarevisión de la literatura referente a esta rarapatología.

SUMMARY

We present two cases of visceral leprosy belonging to the Leprology Service of the Institute of Biomedicine. These cases were amply studied to confirm the diagnosis of visceral leprosy through semars, biopsy of skin, nerves and compromised internal organs (bone marrow, liver, spleen) and abdominal echosonogram. The literature was revised in relation to this rare pathology.
