Resumen

Un hombre con pitiriasis versicolor por Malassezia ovalis no curó después
de toma: 4110 mg de quetoconazol vez; no curo después de aplicarse crema
de tioconazol 1%; una vez al día por 3 semanas y tampoco curó después de
tomar 100 mg al día de itraconazol por 5 días consecutivos; sí curó después
de aplicarse champú de disulfuro de selenio y anteverlo puesto durante la
noche por días en 3 semanas sucesivas.
