TECNICAS DE REHABILITACION EN CICATRICES DE ACNE

Resumen

Las lesiones avanzadas de acné, especialmente pústulas, nódulos y quistes, con frecuencia dejan como secuela una cicatriz. Esta puede ser deprimida o elevada (cicatriz hipertrófica, queloide); si no es tratada adecuadamente será un estigma permanente para el paciente.
En esta revisión trataremos sobre las múltiples modalidades terapéuticas que se utilizan en la rehabilitación de las cicatrices deprimidas. Haremos una breve descripción de las técnicas, sus complicaciones y la calidad de los resultados obtenidos.
La terapéutica de cicatrices deprimidas o hipertróficas contiene varios procedimientos: entre ellos: Dermabrasión, Peeling químico, Electrocirugía, Criocirugía, Infiltración con Esteroides, Nieve Carbónica, Extirpación de la lesión e inyección simultánea con Triamcinolona; Punch y Cierre por segunda intención, Elipse con cierre primario, Relleno con colágeno, gelatina; Auto injerto y Técnicas combinadas.

SUMMARY

The advanced injuries of pimples, especially pustules, nodules and cysts, usually produce a scar. This can be depressed or heightened (hyperthrophic or cheloid scar) and if it is not properly treated, it will be a permanent stigma for the patient.
In this review, we will talk about the multiple thera-peutic ways being applied in the rehabilitation of depressed scars. We will also make a short description of the techniques, their complications and the quality of the results obtained.
The therapeutics of hyperthrophic scars implies sev-eral procedures, among them: Dermabrasion, Peeling che-mical, Electrosurgery, Cryosurgery, Esteroid infiltration, Carbonic snow, lesion extirpation and simultaneous Triam-cinolone shot, Punch and second intention sewing, primary suture and ellipse, Collagen filling, gel; Autografting and combination of techniques.
