Resumen

Se han publicado muchos métodos para reducir el tamaño de una alopecia cicatricial, usados también para la corrección de defectos grandes en cuero cabelludo, como secundarias a la excision quirúrgica de lesiones tumorales. El "Pinch Modification" o colgajo linear modificado es un hibrido de tres colgajos, un colgajo de avance y dos de rotación, usados por primera vez por Peng.,
et al1 para corregir defectos de la nariz. Aquí nosotros usarnos esta técnica en cuero cabelludo con excelentes resultados.
