Resumen

Las parasitosis cutáneas son muy frecuentes en nuestro medio y diversas drogas han sido usadas para su tratamiento. El uso de la ivermectina en los últimos años ha tenido gran auge. Presentamos 3 casos de larva migrans tratados con esta droga y se hace énfasis en la dosis, mecanismo de acción ,y presentación de la misma, ya que hemos visto gran confusión en la dosis y presentación de este medicamento.

Abstract:
Cutaneous parasitosis are very frequent in our environment and various drugs have been used for their treatment. During the last few years there has been widespread use of ivermectine. We present three cases of larva migrans treated with this drug, with emphasis on dose, mechanism of action and presentation, since we have seen great confusion regarding dosage and presentation of this drug.
