NEVUS VERRUGOSO HIPERQUERATÓTICO EPIDERMOLÍTICO LINEAL: PRESENTACIÓN DE UN CASO

Resumen

Describimos el caso de un niño de 7 años de edad, natural y procedente de la localidad quien presenta al momento de nacer una pequeña placa verrugosa en región axilar izquierda que ha progresado en forma lineal en todo el hemicuerpo izquierdo: cuello, axila, línea media de tórax anterior y
abdomen, muslo, pierna y dorso del pie izquierdo. Histológicamente se reporta Nevus verrugoso hiperqueratótico epidermolítico. Existe historia familiar de Psoriasis. Se descartó consanguinidad. Respondió con resolución completa al tratamiento con acitretine a una dosis de 0.5 mgKg peso/día por 21 días, con disminución gradual a igual intervalo, durante un
periodo de 4 meses.

ABSTRACT
We describe a 7 years old boy who presented multiple verrucous papules and plaques over his left axilla arranged along the lines of Blaschko through the left body. A skin biopsy reported verrucous hyperkeratotic epidermolytic naevi. There was psoriasis family history. His parents were non consanguineous. Satisfactory response and resolution to acitretine at a dose of 25 mg daily (0.5 mg/ Kg/ day), for 21 days, with gradual reduction at same interval, during 4 months.
