PURPURA POR AUTOERITROSENSIBILIZACION PRESENTACION DE UN CAS

Resumen

Se presenta un caso de púrpura por autoeritrosensibilización; el primer
reporte de esta enfermedad fue hecho en 1955. El cuadro se caracteriza por
trastornos purpúricos dolorosos; generalmente existe el antecedente de
hemorragias o traumas físicos.
El diagnóstico se basa en la reacción positiva de la inyección intradérmica
de los glóbulos rojos del mismo paciente. La patogenia aún no ha
sido clarificada, se piensa últimamente que una enzima, la fosfatidilserina,
podría ser la responsable del cuadro.
Los pacientes generalmente presentan disturbios emocionales. Diferentes
medidas terapéuticas se han usado con resultado poco satisfactorio.
SUMMARY
A case of purpura autoerithrocyte sensitization is presented. The first
report of this disease was presented in 1955. The clinical features are
characterized by painful purpuric spots, generally there is a background or
physical trauma.
The diagnosis is made through the positive reaction to an intradermic
inyection of red blood cells of the patient himself.
The pathogenesis has not been clarified yet, it is believead that an
enzime, the fosfatidil serine could be respcnsable for this disease. The patient
generally present emotional disturbances. Different therapeutic measures have
been used with unsatisfactory results.
